Why Americans live less than Europeans?

A new study shows Americans live less than people in other high-income countries, and drug poisoning, bullets and car accident generally are known as the responsible for their death.
The News channel CNN says in a report, researchers at the state center of Control and Prevention of Disease in America, to find out how America is measured in terms of life expectancy, had compared the death rates in this country in 2012 with the rate of a dozen other countries with similar economies, including Great Britain, Japan, and Germany.
They found men and women in America live 2.2 years less than people in similar countries. American men and women can only have a life expectancy arrange to 76.4 and 81.2, compared to 78.6 and 83.4 years in abroad.
The new study did not look on the subject who age groups are in much lower level in USA, but Andrew Fenlon, one of the senior researchers said that based on his experience the biggest gap is between 25 and 65 years old. However, other age groups in America, including babies, are face with higher rates of death.
He and his team did their research a step further and asked what is killed the Americans? They focused on injuries that are main causes of death for Americans between one to 44 years old. They found drug poisoning, bullets and car accidents generally are known as the responsible for their death.
They found these three factors are responsible for 48 percent of the gap in men's life expectancy average between America and similar countries and this is 19 percent in women.
A previous study showed that rates of death among middle-aged white Americans, unlike other age groups, has gone up from 1999, largely due to the increase in the rate of self-indulgence in alcohol and drug abuse and suicide.
